Critical Skill
Experience in Cold box and shell core shooters, Core making centre with robotics, High pressure mouldingb line with sand plant, press pour, Induction furnace , shot blasting machines and Dust and fumes extraction systems is must .
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Troubleshooting Breakdowns
Directs the resolution and consults and coaches others on the same for complex, multi-component failures.
Establishes best practices for distinguishing mechanical, electronic or systems problems.
Plant Maintenance
Planing,implementation of PM, TBM and CBM.
Benchmarking new technologies in the area of PM.
Guiding the team on executing transition of equipments from TBM to CBM and finally to prescriptive maintenance.
Equipments Maintenance & Operations .
Establishes policies, practices and guidelines for mechanical technology selection, installation and support.
Advises core production/process team using industry experience and benchmarks for methodology effectiveness.
Additional Responsibilities
| Deploy company safety policies and practices across multiple functions. Educates others in aspects of OSHA |
| Digital Manufacturing Leads the development of long-range automation plans; projects impact on organization Designs and develops new rapid prototypes for various base materials in 3D Printing Conducts cost-benefit analyses of robotic technologies; monitors actual versus planned Creates mechanisms for recognizing and addressing the automation need. Leads low to Medium / High cost automation projects Articulates background and future perspective of Mechatronics automation, its benefits and need |
| Benchmarking Industry best practices and recommend new methods and technology for better energy management and energy conservation |
| Adherence to TPM,AFS,ISO,Safety,Statutory,ISMS audits. |

Spare Part Management
| Participation for ESOP,ECON,external awards competitions |
| Support for capex & non capex projects. |
| Data management of all machines history,breakdowns,OEE etc. |
| Support to JH -Step upgradation of all machines .(92 machines) |
| Shutdown activities planning & execution. |
