Manager - Market Research

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Provide sharply-worded actionable insights for all PV and CV brands for domestic and IO, which solve for existing Brand issues and increase sales/share
Drive Customer Obsession culture across organisation: includes various activities such as Monthly consumer hours, Quarterly newsletters, Infighting workshops, Tools to aid on-ground customer interaction & insight gathering, etc.
Explore & Implement New Methodologies/tools for of research
Provide insights to support blockbuster launches of Mahindra SUVs & LCVs
Prepare & execute regular consumer work , also support ad-hoc consumer work basis business ask
Work with various Research partners to have optimal solution balancing cost , timelines & quality
Travel to research locations for efficient execution , ensuring adherence planned modalities (sample, centre, methodology etc)
Conduct secondary research basis online articiles , magazines , webinars, podcasts, reviews etc.

Education Qualification
'MBA; A Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Statistics / Commerce/Psychology
General Experience
5-7 YEARS OF JOB EXEPEREINCE IN MARKET RESEARCH
Critical Experience
Strategic bent of mind – looks at bigger picture without neglecting the finer nuances
General interest in automobiles preferred though not mandatory
Conduct insights workshop with Mahindra stakeholders & outside agency partners
Ability to read companies' Annual reports and derive insights not mandatory
Expertise in qualitative research with exposure to techniques like in depth interviews, group moderation, ethnographies
Ability to analyse large data / number sets too
Story telling – ability to stitch multiple info sources / data points & come up with a compelling story around the subject, of course with good presentation skills
