Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Skilled Workforce generation through interventions at technical institutes and makning students ready for the industry requirements. Anlyse & provide technical content based on the needs for implementing On The Job trianings at the dealerships by Cluster Trainers and setting up process and implementing CB initiatives (physical /digital) pertaining to Service aiming towards improvement of CX delivery.
- Identify the manpower adequacy requirement in Dealership / cities & Identify the institutes to ensure availability of students from the required trades / branches and make them available for industry. CSR tie up scope as well
- Collaborating and making resource (training aids, content etc) available with Institutes for succesful deployment
- Liasioning with partners & vendors for trainings , Institutional tie ups et
- Data Analytics & MIS management for actionable outcomes
- Equipping Cluster Trainers with monthly content for Deployment of capability interventions at dealerships
- Training content preparation (STORM) moduels and other technical content for Cluster Trainers
- Process doc and manuals preaparation and implementation
- Digital training content, processes flow trainings etc and ensuring deployemnt through Trainers.

Education Qualification
BE (Auto/Mech..)
General Experience
8 - 10 Years in Automobile Industry, Experience in Technical assistance , Technical Trainng domain or frontline CCM roles.
