Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
The position will be responsible for:
- Operational Excellence
- Monitor and manage real-time dashboards and remote diagnostic tools for rapid troubleshooting and resolution.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities within defined timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, safety, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure best use of RMS & CMS to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze charger performance data (uptime, error logs, alarm logs) to identify trends and improvement opportunities for sustained uptime.
- Prepare and publish periodic MIS reports and operational insights to enable timely proactive and corrective actions.
- Safety & Compliance
- Ensue safety practices across all charging sites and 100% compliance with statutory regulations and internal standards.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Conduct vendor training on compliance, safety, and operational protocols.
- Ensure timely validation and certification of work completed at EV charging stations by internal teams or external partners.
- Manage call centre operations to ensure timely query resolution and grievance handling within SLAs.
- Financial & Process Governance
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, bill payments, and adherence to taxation norms.
- Collaborate with finance, business development, and compliance teams to achieve operational objectives.
