Manager-Outbound logistic

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ensure Timely Delivery of Vehicles and drive Key KPIs of Outbound Logistics. :  

1. Continuously monitor critical KPIs such as On-time dispatch, On-time delivery %, Mode wise dispatch % , logistics costs and customer satisfaction score

 2. Analyse KPI trends and variances to identify areas for improvement

3. Implement corrective actions promptly to address any inefficiencies or issues impacting logistics performance.

4. Develop and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.                            

Industry benchmarking and data analytics to enable proactive decisions and strategic actions :

1. Conduct thorough industry benchmarking to compare the company's logistics performance with leading standards and competitors.

2. Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights from logistics data.

3. Forecast  logistics trends ( OEM wise billing analysis, FOIS Data analysis, FG Inventory trend etc) and scenarios to support strategic planning                             

Effective Data management and publishing key MIS :

1. Ensure accurate and timely publishing of key KPI's Reports to  management.

2. Develop comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to provide visibility into logistics operations.

3. Regularly publish MIS reports to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.                            
Effective co-ordination with various stakeholders to drive key deliverables of OBL :

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales planning, field Sales team, Commercial team and plant OBL team to ensure seamless logistics operations.

2. Facilitate regular meetings and discussions with stakeholders to address operational challenges and align on logistics objectives.                            
Key initiatives to improve the productivity, Quality and Cost effectiveness :

1. Identify and implement Process Improvement to enhance the productivity and logistics operations.

2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives  focused on quality  and reducing logistics costs.                             

Digitisation & Automation Projects -

  1. Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to develop and configure the TMS to align with business requirements.
    2. Ensure user training and system adoption across logistics personnel.
    3. Monitor system performance and make continuous improvements to establish the TMS"                            
  2. Responsible  for Customer Complaint Management (CCM ) and enhance customer experience (CX) :
  3. Review and monitor Customer Complaint Management (CCM) portal to ensure customer issues are logged and addressed promptly.
  4. Develop and implement processes for efficient and responsive complaint handling through the CCM portal

General Experience

4-10 Years Experience- SCM, Logistics with good at data analytics. ( Exposure to  Auto Industry is preferred)
