Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Coordination with Area offices thru respective customer care managers for achieving annual spare parts and oil targets
  2. Work seamlessly with zonal service team to achieve satisfaction from parts business at dealer level, key account customer etc.
  3. Ensures dealer level MSL, counter fill rates is made, reviewed and maintained to the level of desired parameters
  4. Ensure dealer spare parts account is reconciled regularly and payments are made as per due dates and o/s remain within desired levels
  5. Ensure dealer inventory audits are done regularly and inventory health remains as per desired parameters
  6. Prepare operations MIS and circulate to field team on regular basis.
  7. Drive Lubricants targets and availability for respective zone
  8. Coordination with warehouse for proper and timely execution of orders and availability of parts
  9. Ensure Spare parts Sales as per Plan
  10. Provide market feedback in terms of product, quality & pricing
  11. Training of dealer Parts managers on policies and systems
  12. Designing of incentive and promotional schemes.
  13. Support in institutionalisation dealer management software

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

Graduate/Diploma

General Experience

10 plus years experience in spare parts and after sales for automobile/farm/ construction equipment handling markets and dealerships. Exposure to lubes will be added advantage.

Critical Experience
