Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Achieve Parts sales revenue targets by catering allocated market needs
Monitor & control CSI, DSS for assigned markets to ensure dealer/ distributor / customer satisfaction by maintaining the Parts fill rates as per targets
Provide quick resolution to parts related queries by effective coordination with Warehouse & technical team
Backorder monitoring & execution to maintain minimum down time
MIS parts Sales
Coordinate with distributors for getting orders / Issue PFI / Ensure timely dispatch of BDT / Rush / Stock order as per set deliverables
Coordinate with logistic team to ensure timely dispatch
Procurement of Special Tools from vendor
Settle parts claim in 15 days
Adherence to country specific statutory requirements
Experience
Exposure to dealerships systems and processes
Experience in handling dealers and customers.
Sound technical knowledge with analytical skills
Proficient in knowledge of spare-parts
Exposure to Parts inventory management
Brief knowledge on export business
Exposure to SAP
IT-savvy
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
General Requirements
Assist Overseas Distributors in managing Spare Parts Operations for Mahindra range of tractors for assigned markets
5 - 6 years (BE) experience in Spare Parts Operations in Tractors / Farm Machinery OR Auto industry. International experience will be an added advantage
