Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Apply best practices in accessibility, usability, and responsive design.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to iterate on designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI best practices.

Experience

• B.Des or M.Des in Communication design (UX), Product, Industrial or Interaction Design, HCI or Graduation degree in design related field.
• 5+ year’s of relevant experience in designing web, mobile applications in B2B, B2C domain.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products (B2B and/or B2C).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
