Roles and Responsibilites	Expert PM and Commercial Analysis:-
	Technical evaluation of project requirements and liason with project team members for driving towards the optimum solution
	Support the perioding planning and budgeting process for AFS
	Develop advanced financial processes, KPIs and gates to match with the NPD processes of AFS to manage Capex & DRE spends in a more organized and objective manner
	Standardize processes and use learnings across divisions, benchmark external organizations to develop the Capex management
	Establish and monitor the analytics / Dashboards for AFS Sr. leadership team to be able to demonstrate budgetary controls, variance and thereby support strategic decision making
	Work with Business verticals to get their support and feedback to constantly improve the process and make it robust and sustainable
	Work with business excellence and other support functions to design, implement, maintain and automate the processes and dashboards
	Budgetary control and key variance analysis across the NPD AFS projects
	Scenario Planning and Risk Management evaluation of Capex spends
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job	Business understanding and acumen
	Understanding of automotive technology/manufacturing and ability to co-relate the technical requirements with project scope
	Strategic bend of mind
	Combination of technical and commercial skills
	Project management experience
	Good knowledge of financial returns and metrics
	Management MIS and communication understanding and experience
	Experience in preparation of management dashboard using Power BI / other analytics tolls
	Functional knowledge of working with SAP
	Strong excel and PowerPoint skills
