Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Designing and conducting certification training periodically for internal manpower, retainer and cluster trainers.Train the Trainer (Retainers / Cluster) on basic understand ing of global processes like CSI and SSI and significance of each parameter.Process Need analysis and objection hand ling on both personal and commercial segment products through roleplays, case study analysis, group discussions etc.Product Products features and Benefits (both Personal and Commercial segments), Auto Basics and advanced Auto Technology using ILT as well as LMS courses.Skilling of all Retainer and Cluster Trainers.Process facilitation, implementation and review of different processes art dealership level.Product wise Sales Stories, 6 Step DEMOs and Test Drives.Builds content and imparts training in the areas like EV's, Engine and Power Train, Vehicle Systems, Hybrid Technology, Multiplex Communication system, Engine, Electronics and electrical systems.Prepares and monitors IDPs for all Retainer and Cluster Trainers.Conducting TTT bootc for product launches.Designing innovative content to support training programs and certification tools, and also new product launches and existing process refreshes in consultation with Product Planning and Product Development teams.Monitor and improve the sales consultants productivity

Education Qualification

MBA; Masters in Technology; Bachelor of Engineering; MBA in Marketing and Systems; Masters in Technology in Automobile; Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile

General Experience

10-15 years ( Preferred experience in Automobile industry.Emerging technologies and Channel.Candidates with background of RandD, Product Development, Tech HUb.Hands on experience in passenger / Small commercial Vehicle Space

Critical Experience

Ability to translate knowledge into learning modules to explain different processes, its steps, significance of key parameters in an easy to understand manner by giving relevant examples.Basic understanding of processes like CSI and SSI
