Offer Development Manager

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Manage and enhance EV charging digital platforms (Charge_iN, Me4U, and third-party aggregators).
• Drive app adoption, customer experience, and charging sales through digital channels.
• Develop and manage partnerships with charging network operators and aggregators.
• Execute digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Create business dashboards, pricing analytics, market benchmarking, and management reports.
• Lead special projects, AI-based initiatives, and stakeholder support programs.

Experience

3-5 Years

Industry Preferred

• 6-10 years of experience in Digital Products, EV Charging, Mobility, Business Analytics, Product Management, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Experience in managing digital platforms, customer-facing applications, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and business development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology.
• MBA/PGDM preferred (Marketing, Operations, Strategy, Analytics, or General Management).
