Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

· Ensure smooth operations and maintenance of public and semi-public EV chargers.

· Maintain industry-best charger uptime through proactive monitoring and vendor coordination.

· Identify, evaluate, and onboard O&M vendors.

· Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ESH (Environment, Safety & Health) audits.

· Implement world-class safety practices at all charging sites.

· Manage the National Operations Center and maintain real-time dashboards and own the SLAs for maintenance & uptime.

· Handle customer relationships and resolve grievances promptly.

· Coordinate timely HOTO (Hand Over-Take Over) from EPC and I&C teams.

· Develop and enforce SOPs for internal teams and external partners.

· Analyze charger performance data (uptime, utilization, transactions) for continuous improvement.

· Report out periodic operations related analysis and MIS
