Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1.Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital development projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.
2.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
3.Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
4.Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
5.Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
6.Track project metrics and KPIs, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of development processes.
7. Set up regular communication forums & mailers with stakeholders for the program

Experience

7~10 years

Skills

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.Proven experience (7~10 years) in program or project management, with a focus on digital development projects.
3.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
4.Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
5.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project objectives.
7.Familiarity with software development tools and technologies, including programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java), version control systems (e.g., Git), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
8. Maintaining PRDs/ BRD’s, driving Daily Stand-ups, conducting grooming sessions with the Development Team, conducting UATs
9.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
10.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business requirements.
11.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
12. Exposure to working with global stakeholders would be an advantage
 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
