Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the existing S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and evaluate core systems and bolt-on solutions for specific needs.

Architect and design a robust S&OP solution that aligns with the goals of Project Vihan and addresses the unique requirements of the organization.

System Evaluation and Integration: Lead the evaluation of core systems and additional solutions for S&OP, considering scalability, flexibility, and integration capabilities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the selected solutions into the existing infrastructure.

Program Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan outlining milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the S&OP transformation project.

Effectively manage the program, ensuring that it stays on track and meets defined objectives within budget and timeline constraints.

Algorithm Maintenance: Establish mechanisms for ongoing maintenance and optimization of algorithms used in the S&OP solution.

Monitor and analyse changing business scenarios to adapt algorithms, ensuring continued effectiveness and relevance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, and business leaders, to align the S&OP solution with organizational objectives.

Facilitate communication and coordination among different teams to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of the solution.

Scalability and Extension: Design the S&OP solution with scalability in mind to accommodate future business growth and changes.

Develop strategies to extend the implemented solution to other business units within the organization.

Documentation and Reporting: Ensure comprehensive documentation of the solution architecture, algorithms, and program activities.

Generate regular reports for project progress, key metrics, and potential risks.
