Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Ability to define or enhance Salesforce technical architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, and Automotive Cloud.

A good Salesforce Application’s (functional, process & technical) knowledge combined with Automotive or Manufacturing functional knowledge is must

Lead and Manage BAU support (with a team of developers (internal / vendors), new projects, enhancements, and incident resolution with SLAs/OLAs.

Lead technical design workshops to create scalable technical solutions with detailed Tech Design Document & define integration patterns with SAP/ERP, AWS, and Marketing systems, etc. (Both Real time & Bulk)

Ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Partner with PMs, Product Owners, and Business teams

Experience

5-7 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Btech + MBA (Top Tier School)

General Requirements

• Strong experience in
o Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. (Automotive Cloud is a plus & Related Certifications are Must)
o Apex/Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & API’s / integration patterns
• Experience in managing a 20 plus member team
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Release management, and Salesforce application limits
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Salesforce certifications (Core, Data & Integrations) is a must, Exposure to AI (Einstein / GenAI) & Data Cloud is good.
