Senior Manager [Product Planner - Pikup Portfolio]

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Product Portfolio Strategy - Identify profitable opportunities meeting market needs, launching new products in the market, overseeing products already in the market and winding down products which no longer meet market needs.
  • Market Research & Product Concepts – Work with Research Teams to execute Clinics basis Defined Research Brief. Handle the end-to-end responsibility of Research & Clinics.
  • Product Lifecycle Management - Engage in Regular Customer Insighting through Field Visits, Trend Analysis, Regulation Mapping and Competition Analysis to stay updated with latest changes and suggest product interventions.
  • Business Case Clearance – Support for Tabling Product Business Cases through consistent engagement with relevant CFT teams.
  • Pricing & Profitability Analysis – Benchmark Competition, Interact with Sales & Marketing teams, Engage with IMCR teams on innovative ideas that will help reduce Product Costs or Increase Value proposition.
  • Feature & Technology Roadmap –Conceptualise Future Technology & Feature Roadmap in line with aspirations. Work towards enhancing Connectivity for Pikups.
  • Execution & Program Management - Work closely with engineering, design to monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks and ensure alignment with key milestones.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support - Support the launch of new pickup models by preparing product documentation, training modules for sales teams, and assisting in marketing campaign development to ensure market readiness.
  • Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement – Plan Regular Field Visits and Interact with Sales Teams regularly to be abreast of Customer Pain Points, Market Dynamics and Prepare Monthly Insight Reports for Continuous Improvements.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking - Keep track of competition actions, pricing and prepare reports to update senior management.

Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech+MBA.
