Senior Program Manager / Digital Transformation Leader

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Digital Strategy, Roadmap & Technology Consulting

  • Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap for global legal entities and international business operations
  • Build IT strategy, evaluate new technologies (Including AI, ML, RPA ), and provide prescriptive techno-functional consulting

2. Program & Project Portfolio Management

  • Lead large-scale enterprise digital programs (SAP S/4HANA, analytical platforms, automation, global IT rollouts) from initiation to completion.
  • Own end-to-end delivery including requirement gathering, estimation, costing, budgeting, sprint planning, quality checks, testing, go‑live & hypercare.

3. Business Process Re-engineering & Automation

  • Lead BPR initiatives to streamline, redesign and automate business processes across international business functions.
  • Introduce automation technologies, workflow optimization, and system enhancements to improve operational agility.

4. Vendor Management, RFI/RFP & Commercial Governance

  • Prepare comprehensive RFI/RFP documents and evaluate vendor proposals through techno-commercial analysis.
  • Govern vendor performance, monitor SLAs, and ensure high quality of deliverables and service outcomes.

5. Solution Architecture & System Integration

  • Architect end‑to‑end digital solutions spanning SAP S4HANA (PP, MM, SD, PS, QM, eWM, BW, Fiori), Business Intelligence platforms, and custom-built applications.
  • Oversee integration landscapes covering legacy systems, analytical dashboards, mobile apps, retail systems, CRM/SRM and global platforms.

6. Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Deploy and govern analytical platforms including Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense, Data Lake, Big Data Analytics for data-driven decision making.
  • Define data visualization frameworks, KPI structures and analytics models for business functions.

7. Budgeting, Financial Control & IT Governance

  • Prepare program budgets, track financials, and exercise cost control mechanisms aligned with organizational governance.
  • Create business cases, ROI models, and value justification documents for technology investments.

Experience

Total Experience Required: 12–15 years

Relevant Experience Required: 8–10 years

Industry Preferred

Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Logistics, IT & Telecom consulting.

Qualifications

B.E Computer Science/ IT/ MCA with Preferable MBA
