Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Skilled and creative Designer with a specialization in Social Media Content sought after, to join the Mahindra Auto marketing team. As a Social Media Content Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating and engaging content for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

  • Visual Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging social media content, including static images, graphics, illustrations, infographics, animations, videos, and other multimedia elements that are optimized for various social media platforms.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring that visual content reflects the brand's tone, style, and messaging.
  • Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the social media strategy, target audience, and campaign objectives, and translate them into creative and compelling visual content that resonates with our followers.
  • Content Planning: Work closely with the social media team to plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring that designs are delivered on time and aligned with campaign schedules and social media trends
  • Creativity and Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and innovative design concepts to the table, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and social media best practices to create cutting-edge and shareable content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure that visual content and copy align harmoniously, creating a cohesive and impactful social media presence.
  • Adaptability: Adapt designs to different social media platforms, considering each platform's unique requirements and optimizing content for maximum engagement and shareability.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of social media content, analyze engagement metrics, and make data-driven design decisions to continuously improve content effectiveness.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of visual assets, including templates, graphics, and stock images, for efficient and streamlined content creation.


Evaluation will be based on relevance of experience, understanding of SEO concepts, proficiency in Design Tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, or other relevant tools, social media savviness, creativity, collaboration
