Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Channel Optimization
Creation of Channel Expansion Strategy based on market demand and brand positioning
Creation of Network Blueprint in consultation with ZH Sales & Service
Drive growth in opportunity markets through strategic external alliances
Dealer Onboarding
Evaluation and Due Diligence of prospects
Ensure legal compliances - Agreements / LOI signed and updated for all dealers
Channel Readiness for any upcoming new product launch
Performance Management
New dealer performance tracking and review
Analyse existing dealer performance through analytics tools / programs
Identify underperforming partners and implement corrective actions / new channel formations
Rollout of performance-based reward programs with periodic evaluations & scoring
Relationship Management
Increase bonding with dealers through various forums / Management interaction / etc.
Compliance
Managing TQM activities for the PU such as CMS / E&Y audits and action planning
Preferred Industries
Education Qualification
MBA; or Bachelor
General Experience
5+ Years in Automobile Industry
