Sr. Brand Manager - Pickup

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Leads the development of the brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales, market share and improve brand score.                          
2. To develop, recommend and most importantly execute annual marketing plan activities, including ATL, BTL, CRM, Digital and Social Media and local media strategy and plans  (including TV and print media)"                            
3. To ideate and develop communication that would drive the specific objectives as agreed with the top management and in line with the brand objectives"                            
4. To drive, monitor and execute the Digital KPI's while working closely with the Marketing Services team.                            
5. Contributes to the annual brand planning process and consciously implements and deploys budgets allocated to the brand         
6. Effective project management skills to coordinate and execute Product Development programs while working closely with the Product Planning team. This includes new launches, refreshes and variant launches                            
7. Work closely with regional sales teams to plan and execute regional marketing activities to achieve region specific goals.            
8. To track competition, market trends, consumer trends to plan marketing interventions on assigned brand."                            
9. Lead the process of consumer insighting to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development, new launches and as well as marketing initiatives.                            
10.To contribute to the development of strategies for category growth.

MBA; MBA in Marketing

General Experience

4-10 years (Min 3 years sales experience is preferred
