Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Achieve Parts Revenue & profitability targets for Farm & Swaraj Division 

Efficiently manage end to end supply chain cycle from payment to final delivery of Parts at overseas channel partner.

Monitor & control Distributor Satisfaction Index for all overseas markets to ensure dealer/distributor/customer satisfaction by maintaining the Parts fill rates as per targets

Parts Business development to achieve sustainable growth by implementing various initiatives.

Formulate competitive Parts Pricing through benchmarking to ensure lower maintenance cost to customer.

Demand Planning & Forecasting & Inventory Management (ABC, FMS Analysis)

Provide quick resolution to parts related queries by effective coordination with Spare business Unit, Sourcing & technical team

Team Leadership and capability development of own team & channel partners

Budgeting and Financial Management

New Models Launch Support readiness.

Adherence to country specific statutory requirements

Experience

13 - 15 years’ experience in Spare Parts Management, specially in export operations for Tractors or Farm Machinery Spare Parts
