Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Acquisitions, Fundraise, Divestments- Execution and sourcing Work closely with CFO, Business Heads and Corporate teams to drive and execute M&A and fund raise transactionsTrack developments in the sector and sumarise key transactions parameters Work with business teams to identify potential deals Due Diligence:Work with cross-functional teams on commercial, financial, legal and other due diligenceCo-ordinate with external consultants for timely and effective completon of due diligence Identify and summarise key issues for discussions Prepare and analyze business case:Work with business teams to prepare business planIdentify key drivers/ KPI and undertake benchmarking Dynamic financial model preparationStakeholder Management:Relationship/stakeholder management with current and potential investors Work with various stakeholders for deal closing and follow on activitiesCo-ordination with external consultants and internal agencies Interact with Banker and Analyst communityLegal documentation:Work on legal agreements like Sharepurchase Agreement, Shareholder's Agreement etcMake sure commercial terms, findings from due diligence etc are appropriately documentedApprovals:Preparation of Board papers, notes and decks for corporate approvalsTrack regulatory and other approval requirementsProject Management: Manage transaction process end to end- prepare project timelines and track progress, send regular updates to management Manage Post Merger Integration process
