Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Maintaining & enhancing the key UX initiatives like buy online, subscribe & lease, On-road price module, finance, etc. Ensuring smooth functioning and business targets are me

Customer concern management wrt website – Perform RCA and escalate to right system owner for issue resolution & follow-up for quick closure. Liaison with customer support team for proper customer communication is any such cases

Ensuring regular customer feedbacks captured, reviewed and implemented

Playing role of a launch manager from ADC for any of the product launches and ensuring requirements are captured, maintained & delivered on-time

Ensuring smooth operation of the website – data/master management across different stakeholders/teams, new product on-boarding, digital reporting, etc

Planning and execution of sprint tasks by co-ordinating with IT backend team. Ensuring the pipeline of dev requirements is prioritized and delivered on time

Providing business sign-off for UAT under each sprint cycle

Enhancement of existing features of the website basis feedback from customers, field teams and benchmarking for better results

Maintenance & enhancement of existing integrations with external partners to run online offerings with buying a vehicle (finance, insurance, exchange, subscription, lease, etc

Monitor and deliver on the website engagement metrics via internal/external reports available. Metrics like bounce rate, time spent, etc. wrt booking sections

Monitor and deliver on the website conversion metrics like visitor to lead conversion %age, dropped leads, failed payments, etc. wrt booking sections

Helping with the payment gateway related integration operations and enhancements

Planning & updating the digital SOPs, training field teams, digital manpower management

Experience

15+ yrs.
