CIE Role 1
Mumbai, MUM-KND-MEAL, IN
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Pilot Design & Rollout
• Work with the CIE core team to translate the pilot design into a structured, phased rollout plan across the pilot dealer network.
• Define and track a clear, stepwise adoption plan , from initial dealer onboarding to sustained daily usage.
2. Field & Dealership Engagement
• Work directly with ASMs, RSMs, and consultants to drive understanding and adoption of the AI-generated customer briefs.
• Be visible on the ground , spend real time at dealerships, not just at HO - to understand friction points and fix them fast.
• Design the change management approach for consultant adoption - incentives, habit-building, feedback loops - since a great tool with poor adoption delivers zero value.
• Own how customer consent for data capture is explained and secured in a way that is simple, transparent, and trust-building.
3. Business Judgement & Reporting
• Understand and communicate the bigger business picture , why CIE matters strategically for MEAL, while staying rigorous on day-to-day execution.
• Track pilot metrics, flag issues early, and proactively bring solutions rather than just problems.
• Report progress to Reeti and the CIE stakeholder group at a cadence that keeps the pilot moving without waiting to be chased.
