Job Purpose

He/she will be responsible to manage strategic technology initiatives and project management of major implementations for applications like SAP, SFDC, DMS, Tableau & PLCM (Project lifecycle Management System), AI/ML initiatives and overall technology requirements for the business functions.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Drive strategic tech. initiatives in line with company’s tech. vision and business strategy
2. Ensure that all technology initiatives are fully integrated with the strategic planning process, including leadership commitment and resource allocation
3. Collaborate with teams across the business to generate innovative solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, business operations, marketing channels, and business models with development of supporting technology platforms, enterprise architecture, IT systems and infrastructure
4. Conduct business requirement workshops with business teams and communicating feasibility of requirements
5. Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through business teams
6. Project Management for major new implementation in various business application
7. Process enhancement through technology development across business functions.
8. Interact with various business user groups to increase user adoption and helping them use the SFDC, SAP, Tableau, DMS, PLCM & other application platforms efficiently and effectively through training and refresher sessions

Qualification and Experience

MBA/ Post Graduation in any relevant stream
