DGM- Dealer Capability Building

Purpose of the role: The role is responsible for strengthening dealer performance by building robust dealer capabilities. Designing and leading a structured dealer capability building framework for dealership sales staff. Identifying the capability gaps through diagnostics, data, and field feedback. Develop, design and deploy training and development programs for frontline dealer staff.
