Deputy Manager - Systems & Processes

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Prepare and drive rolling plans in line with committed P&L target achievement, collaborating with field operations teams.
  2. Establish contact with Agri Input Suppliers and update information periodically
  3. Prepare and roll out sales promotion schemes
  4. Draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for critical business processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  5. Write internal communications documents, including handouts and emails, to inform functional team members of important achievements and targets shortfalls.
  6. Track and present progress, achievement and analysis of target plans.
  7. Monitoring and ensuring schedule adherence of business deliverables.
  8. Capturing Primary data and managing information of annual plans along with actual implementations and achievement for timely improvements.
  9. Promotion of digital adoption through Team to promote online sales of Agri and Allied Inputs
  10. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  11. Track input earnings realization in books of accounts timely earned from different input business verticals and ensure timely monthly closing of Inputs sales.
  12. Analyse dealer profitability and manpower productivity (RM, TM, FCM) to identify areas for improvement.
  13. Draft and roll out strategic communication emails to channel partners and operations teams.
  14. Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  15. CSR - Project planning and Implementation through NGO with focused objectives and deliverable in collaboration Central CSR team. Work with team to help them contribute towards Employee Social Option (ESOP) initiatives.

Experience

3 - 6 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

MBA/Btech

General Requirements

1. Proficiency in Computers -- MS Office.

2. Good Communication Skills - Verbal as well as written.

3. Good Presentation skills
