Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop & implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness & engagement. Create, curate & manage high-quality content across all social platforms. Monitor & analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
- Lead Generation and Performance Marketing: Design & execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI & lead generation. Collaborate with aggregators & affiliates to drive qualified traffic & leads. Track & report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
- Website Management & SEO: Oversee the development, maintenance & optimization of the company website. Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings & drive traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization & regular content updates. Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics & ensure a seamless user experience.
- CRM & Email Campaigns: Plan & execute CRM campaigns to nurture leads & enhance customer retention. Develop targeted IVR, whatsapp marketing campaigns, ensuring personalized & relevant communication. Monitor campaign performance & use insights to improve engagement & conversion rates; Manage Loyalty program.
- Collaboration & Management: Work closely with the content, design & sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Manage relationships with external vendors & agencies

Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Digital Marketing Diploma
