Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Strategy Development and Investor Engagement:
o Lead the development of the strategic roadmap for Last Mile Mobility Business Division.
o Prepare compelling presentations and insights for external stakeholders, including investors, board members, and key functional leaders.
o Act as a key interface for aligning strategic priorities with cross-functional stakeholders to drive organizational focus and clarity
o Lead the development of the company’s long term value narrative for public market audiences, including institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
o Partner closely with Finance and Investor Relations to shape communication themes, business plan articulation, and strategic messaging for capital markets.
o Provide strategic oversight on valuation drivers, growth levers, competitive benchmarking, and sector positioning.
o Build and manage the strategic narrative for investors, analysts, and rating agencies.
o Partner with finance and investor relations teams to drive IPO related communication strategy.
Ensure strategic clarity and alignment across all disclosures, presentations, and leadership communication.
2. Performance Transformation: Operational Improvement and Cost Efficiency:
o Drive operational transformation projects with a strong focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring scalability.
o Lead the digitization and automation of processes across functions to enable operational excellence and long-term sustainability.
o Benchmark operational practices and metrics against industry leaders to set transformative targets and monitor progress effectively.
3. CEO Dashboard and Strategic MIS:
o Design and maintain an executive dashboard to provide the CEO and leadership with real-time insights on business performance.
o Oversee the implementation of strategic MIS systems to support decision-making and the execution of key initiatives.
o Track, analyze, and report the impact of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
General Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in strategy development, operational transformation, and/or finance.
- Prior consulting experience in operational transformation, organizational strategy, or performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with senior stakeholders, including investors, board members, and functional leaders.
- Proven track record in leading cost-efficiency initiatives and digitization projects in high-value consumer-facing industries (e.g., automotive, consumer durables).
