Manager - Accessories

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Business Plan - Achieve annual Accessories Business revenues through Forecasting, developing market level & line wise pricing strategy for increasing per vehicle accessories sale, Incentive plans for front line team
2) Monitoring and enhancing effective deployment of the Business Enablers i.e. Accessorized Displays, Demo vehicle with accessories, Kit formation etc. Effective rollout of POS & inputs for Sales Kit development for accessories sales promotion in the showroom
3) Cordinate with Demand planning team for appropriate warehouse inventory, review stock level & address obsolescence
4) Conduct periodic reviews with internal teams & work with market teams in developing the capabilities of frontline team for promoting accessories
5) New Accessories Development – Map unique requirements of each market, develop it through vendors and build the business case.
6) Accessories development for upcoming new models. Prepare  SOR for accessories by incorporating all requirements for new development. Prepare comprehensive product plans with technical and detailed material requirement (BOM) for cost estimates by SSU / CDMM.
7) Quality improvement of existing & new developed accessories -  Participate in key vendor meeting and fitment trials. Drive for continuous product improvement initiatives.
8) Conduct Global bench marking studies for continous improvement of Accessories line up
