Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Need identification of dealerships in consultation with market representative plans and Area Offices which helps the organization plan out the market representation for its dealerships. To coordinate end to end activities regarding new dealer appointment. To arrange for a dealer induction program which teaches the dealer about the policies of Mand M. To conduct/plan out the market representation and capacity planning exercises for his area of operation. To Negotiate with vendors for appropriate costing - of vendor related items. To conceptualize the road map for a project run activity through visualizing future requirements and develop action plans with team to achieve them. To coordinate primary, secondary and tertiary network expansion and service expansion. To facilitateup gradation of Old dealer facilities. To ensure smooth closure of Dealer business and settlement of cases. To manage the MIS related to network database related to the respective zone. New dealer performance tracking. Analyze Low market share/ performance dealership. Implementation of DWM - through help of Sales DMS. Review Sales process data and quality to drive enquiry conversions. Roll out and implement induction program (-60 to 180 days) for onboarding of new dealers. Channel partner development through customized training interventions in collaboration with reputed management institutes like IIM-Aetc
