Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  1. Manage End to End Operations for DMS, including Application/Infrastructure /Network & Dealer Support.
  2. Ensure that DMS is working trouble free – Ability to coordinate/troubleshoot with Various agencies including Wipro to ensure maximum Uptime.
  3. Identify the high priority areas for business as well as functions to explore opportunities of digital enablement of process/ systems
  4. Managing Stakeholders Expectations- Functional Knowledge of DMS processes & related SAP functions (Sales/Service/Spares/Accounts) and peripheral legacy systems
  5. Integration knowledge for seamless data flow & Data Structure understanding between DMS/SAP/ Other Critical Applications used for Dealer process Improvement & tracking.
  6. Vendor management – Wipro/SAP/etc.
  7. Budget Control & Dealer Recovery – Ensure No Budget Overrun (Ensure reduction in Operational costs) & Also maximise returns through seamless Dealer recovery
  8. Proactive Dealer Support – Managing the Centralised Help desk by Continual Improvement in SLAs and exceeding Dealer Satisfaction score.
  9.  Team Management – Team Capability /Skill Enhancement for both M&M and Vendor teams.

Experience

5 to 8 years

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  1. Preferable done at least one DMS rollout for any large Auto manufacturer
  2. Previous Experience of Managing DMS Operations & Support for minimum 2 – 3 years.

General Requirements

  1. Business Processes & Functional knowledge of DMS.
  2. Ability to understand business requirements from Dealer Proprietors & Internal Stakeholders (Sales /Customer Care /Marketing/SSBU/Accounts) and provide an optimal solution.
  3. Technical knowledge of DMS Application, End to End Architecture, Integrations & Infrastructure.
