Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Overall experience of 6 to 10 years to develop and deliver transformation strategy for enhancing customer experience, optimisation & revamp of sales process customised to LMM business.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Evaluate, select, and implement digital tools and technologies that enhance the sales process, including CRM systems, sales automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Create & own product roadmap for all digital products (Portals & Website) in line with business requirements.
- Analyse and streamline existing sales processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless development and roll-out of products.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery of digital products.
