Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

New Market Development (Latin, West Africa, ASEAN):

  • Identify & evaluate new international markets for 3W EV products; design & implement go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs & competitor activities
  • Review of agencies employed wrt to deliverables

Sales & Business Development:

  • Build & maintain relationships with distributors, dealers & customers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing & terms with clients
  • Achieve export sales & retail targets

Logistics & Compliance:

  • Oversee end-to-end export process, including banking, documentation, shipping & customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws & quality standards

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging market trends & customer preferences
  • Monitor global economic and political developments that may impact exports

Customer Support:

  • Act as SPOC for customer inquiries, complaints, & after-sales service requirements
  • Coordinate with service and manufacturing teams to ensure resolution of complaints

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience of sales, preferably in export management in the automotive or three-wheeler industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Knowledge of Spanish language is an added advantage.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
