Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Achieving the sales volumes, market share & profit targets by executing sales and marketing plan • To execute strategies basis Market analysis & competition intelligence • To execute project plan for new markets entry strategy • Growing the existing markets and implementing the annual business plan in terms of sales & marketing plans. • To ensure Mahindra robust Sales processes & standards are implemented with Distributors and dealers. • To ensure Customer Satisfaction and drive action plans on CAPs scores • To ensure Distributor & Dealer satisfaction • Execute product plan by having Product Launches in time by coordination with Product Development Team. • To understand and implement action points based on government liaising plan for the country /region • To co-ordinate with major with India office for seamless execution of sales orders • To drive dealer & distributor Manpower capability building and ensure Manpower adequacy • To collaborate with the Customer Care counterpart to ensure support on after sales • To carry out Below The Line, Above The Line and Brand building activities in the market to ensure brand promotion • Collaboration and regular interaction with Support Functions (Business Planning, Customer Care, Product, Logistics, Finance) for ensuring smooth business flow • To ensure relationship building with stakeholders |
