Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Job role requires Driving key agendas of the Sales Functions. It includes rolling out Projects, preparation and deployment of Sales Policy document, Maintaining reporting mechanisms etc.

Drive Key Business Projects (as per requirements), follow up on the progress of key projects, Evaluating business performance, Developing targets and growth plans for the functions.

Further it involves creating impactful MISs which is key in decision making, Preparation of policy document at function head and deployment of the same at field leadership level.

 Plan, prepare, track and monitor Business policies / metrics. Maintain a robust reporting mechanism and system for various business reports.

Working with external consulting partners to create new opportunities in our retail network/ensuring superior consumer experience etc. Analyzing competition and market trends, Benchmarking organizational processes with the best practices.

Work on Corporate Communications and Investor relation.

TMW and other audits, documentation, presentation and compliance. Preparation of executive summaries of meeting and proposals. Plan, Coordinate and Organize Annual Communication Meet, MDEP and regular Sales Head meets.

 Prepare impactful Presentations, crisp Executive Summaries for various events. Regulate & Monitor deployment of budgets used for RO Level Activations

General Experience

4-7 Years of Field Sales Experience

Critical Experience

Minimum experience of 5-7 Years of field sales.Exposure of multiple market
