Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Work closely with business leadership in formulation of long term business strategy for all businesses and completing the process of SWR and MBR.Work closely with business leadership to identify and evaluate new business opportunities in a structured process and in formulating of business strategies and plans and implementing and monitoring the same.Providing inputs, identifying growth and business development opportunities in existing lines of the business and then formulating plans for implementation.Exploring opportunities for technology and business partnerships for complementing the growth plans.Carry out an analysis of the stated organizational goals periodically, and coming up with an implementable action plan.Study and monitor business environment, policies, trends,market intelligence, Competitive Scan, Environment analysis, Risk assessment for key businesses and support in decission making.Establish and run Data Analytics \on business data for inferences to support decision making and implement action planned.Project Management to ensure delivery of projects undertaken for various business - Perform role of PMO (Program Mgmt Office) effectively for tracking and monitoring progress on strategic initiatives by various teams / task forces.Identifying and evaluating potential business areas of improvements as part of overall strategy with a view to enhance productivity and profitability. Help business in implementation plan for growth and new product introduction.Sharing information with business heads on macro environment, latest trends, and competition, business practices.Working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate organic and inorganic growth and diversification opportunities

Education Qualification

General Experience

Must have at least 10 years experience in strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making

Critical Experience

Experience in formulation of Long term Strategy for large businesses.Exposure to identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.Experience in leading Project Management.Exposure to financial analysis and competition analysis
