Job Purpose

To support all sites for process initiation and documentation and to support the safety managers across MLDL in their initiatives

Principal Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactive OHS Planning and Legal Compliance:
• To assist safety head in scheduling and conducting Safety review.
• Coordinating with Locations to identify critical issues and facilitating them with technical support / escalating to Sr. Management, project Heads for timely action.
• To schedule and conduct periodic OHS evaluation of projects.
• To monitor and coordinate for OHS Compliance as mapped in for all projects.

Promote OHS culture.:

• Identify the training needs, designing, imparting training & competency development programs for MLDL staff, OHSMs.
• Developing / Review Training modules on SOP and conduct the training to all.
• Prepare action plan for OHS initiatives, evaluate effectiveness and appraise the same to respective PHs, PMs on the effectiveness on periodic basis.
• Conduct site visits as per schedule and send the OHS site visit report and follow up for compliance on the same with respective locations.

Qualification and Experience

• Recognized degree in any branch of engineering or technology or architecture
• Recognized degree or diploma in industrial safety
• 10-12 years of work experience
