Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 Role Overview

The AI Engineer role will drive development and deployment of Generative AI solutions across engineering and enterprise domains.

Role Purpose

Drive the development, deployment, and scaling of Generative AI products, agentic AI solutions, and intelligent engineering platforms. Work closely with engineering, research, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI products; drive development of LLM, RAG, Agentic AI and multimodal AI solutions; define AI success metrics and business outcomes.
• Guide platform architecture, integration strategy, deployment standards   MLOps practices, scalability, reliability, and governance. 

Experience

Candidates must possess a strong educational foundation in technology, business, or related fields, combined with substantial professional experience in product management and AI domains. The ideal candidate brings 3 to 5 years of progressive experience building and scaling technology products, with at least 2 to 3 years specifically focused on AI or machine learning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
