Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

The Audit Lead reports to the Head CMS / Mentor and is responsible for organizing and managing audits, audit related assignment and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manages three or more audits simultaneously, ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of each audit
• Acquires strong working knowledge of the Group’s different businesses
• Builds strong working relationships with auditees to gather information, resolve problems and complete audits
• Effectively documents work.
• Identifies, communicates, and solves audit related issues as well as communicating audit progress in a timely and organized manner.
• Supervises, trains and mentors Auditors and Audit Trainees
• Establishing work schedules using effective audit management techniques

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Thorough understanding of business process, systems, controls, and governance requirement
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, technical and research skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete audits within time constraints and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing auditee and business dynamics with recommended solutions.
