Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Corporate Real Estate Lead will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sale of the Corporate Real Estate portfolio. This role involves ensuring all property-related documentation is in order, handling the sale process as per established protocols, and liaising with various authorities and stakeholders. The incumbent will also be responsible for appointing consultants and managing all related documentation.

Custodian of Documents:
Maintain and manage all documents related to various land and property assets.
Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and securely stored.

Property Sales:
Execute the sale of properties as per the laid-down process, ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations.
Manage the end-to-end sale process, from listing to closure.

Approvals & Liaisoning:
Obtain necessary approvals from authorities such as BMC, Collector Office, Housing Societies, and Mumbai port trust (MbPT) for property sales.
Liaise with relevant government bodies, regulatory agencies, and housing societies to facilitate smooth transactions.

Consultant Management:
Identify, evaluate, and appoint consultants and real estate agents to assist with property sales.
Manage relationships with real estate agents, IPCs, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process.

Documentation:
Prepare, review, and manage all documentation related to the sale process, including agreements, contracts, and government filings.
Ensure all documents are legally compliant and accurately reflect the terms of the sale.

Experience

    • Minimum ten years of experience in end-to-end land and real estate sales processes.
    • Proven track record of managing property sales, including obtaining necessary approvals and dealing with various land-related agencies.

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline.

General Requirements

    • In-depth knowledge of local municipal laws, regulations, and real estate market trends.
    • Strong understanding of land records, documentation, and processes to obtain the same.
    • Established relationships with real estate agents, IPCs, and government officials.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
