Sr Manager -Talent & Employee Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
To attract top talent, foster their growth and development and ensure a positive work environment for an Engaged and Future Fit workforce.The incubment is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent management programme (MALT) and leading employee engagement including surveys accross Mahindra Group.
1. Develop and implement effective talent selection strategies to attract top talent accross various group companies for MALT
2. Work with leadership across various group cos on one hand and Governing Council on the other for a diverse and inclusive process for firming batch selection
3. Develop & Maintain relationship with CMU and their facutly members to ensure program design and quality of learning is at its "BEST"
4. Collaborate and Co-create with MLU to design and develop learning and development initiatives like Master Classes, Leadership Talk Series etc for building width on learning. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions.
5. Identify career opportunities to ensure job rotation and career development through proactive succession planning and monitor the same for Group CEO's office
6. MALT: Budget Exercise, Payments and Contract renewal; Hogan: Contract renewal and Assessment administration
7. Anchoring ShadowBoard across various group companies
8. Employee Engagement Survey: Execute MCares accross group cos as per the decided calendar (incl international entities of group companies) along with Central IT and Sectoral teams from roll out to generation of ScoreCards. SPOC for GCO findings. Work closely with BHRs on emerging themes for the necessary action plans
9. Conduct adhoc pulse surveys-MPulse (thru LeenaAI) to gather feedback in identifying areas for improvement as and when need be for GCO
10. Collaborate towards streamlining and digitizing of the internal Talent process where feasible
Experience
• Should have Master’s degree in HR or equivalent
• 7-10 plus years of experience in HR with proficiency in curating learning content outlines
• Experience of working with external stakeholders (e.g: leadership coaches, speakers etc)
Functional Skills required
• Strong language and communication skills (Verbal & Written both).
• Strong planning, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply appropriate guidelines as per the relavent HR policies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
