Deputy Manager - Costing & Budgeting

Job Purpose

We are hiring for our Costing & Budgeting team at Mahindra Lifespaces (Head Office).

Principal Accountabilities

• Cost planning & budgeting for real estate projects
• Quantification & BOQ preparation/review
• Tendering, procurement support & rate analysis
• Project cost control, variance analysis & reporting
• Value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordination with design, execution and procurement teams
