Sr. Executive - Human Resources

Job Purpose

To manage payroll and HR operations processes by ensuring accurate payroll execution, statutory compliance, employee onboarding, HR reporting, and employee support while maintaining data integrity, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience.

Principal Accountabilities

A) Execute end-to-end payroll and FNF processing while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP for HR.
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external payroll vendors for seamless payroll execution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Income Tax, and other applicable labour laws.
  • Prepare payroll reports, dashboards, reconciliations, and MIS.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and timely closure of audit observations.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and communicate company policies, benefits, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor onboarding checklists and ensure completion of all joining formalities within defined timelines.
  • Address employee queries and provide continuous support.
