General Experience

A minimum of four to five years of professional experience is required, ideally within production environments focused on automotive or heavy machinery manufacturing sectors such as construction, mining, or tractor industries. This experience should include substantial involvement in sales planning and pricing activities, which provide valuable insight into market demands and cost competitiveness.

Familiarity with industry-standard processes, tools, and quality management systems such as SAP and internal auditing procedures is essential for effective performance in this role. Candidates should have a proven track record of implementing corrective and preventive actions based on customer feedback and production data analytics.

Strong competencies in conducting systematic process audits, driving root cause analysis, and leading KAIZEN events or other lean initiatives to boost first-time-right production rates are essential. Experience in managing MCAR (Materials Corrective Action Requests) and CVL (Customer Voice of the Line) response mechanisms will ensure timely resolution of quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Expertise in handling critical Outgoing Rejection Control (ORC) challenges, facilitating cross-departmental coordination, and delivering sustainable solutions under pressure will be required to thrive in this role.
