DM/ Manager- CQA Hydraulics Nagpur

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

 

  1. Responsible for measuring, improving & monitoring field warranty key measure parameter like Repairs per hundred (RPH) / Warranty cost per tractor (CPT)
  2. Analysis of field complaints, CVL, emerging issues, Dealer concerns, stockyard feedback & identify the cause, taking measures with faster pace.
  3. Working as team leader / CFT member in identification of warranty project process with various cross function team like customer care / Design / CDMM / MFG/ SCPC.
  4. Demonstrating systematic problem solving, using advanced quality problem solving tools.
  5. Field visits / dealer visit for understanding concern, understanding applications, usage pattern, onsite analysis, etc.
  6. Co-ordination with other functions such as Customer care, CDMM, PDRDS & Manufacturing for faster implementation of solution.
  7. Data analysis, failed return part analysis for predicting the upcoming / emerging issues.
  8. Identification of critical parameter list for implemented warranty projects & sustenance through audits of SQI, PQA, MQA & RQA.
  9. Leveraging IT for online data record/ update of all customer issue for easy access at all plants.
  10. Facilitate Other CQA aggregates for implementation of warranty project in plant.
  11. Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product.
  12. Support to new product by involvement in DFMEA, quality target settings, feedback on drawing release, Mfg. ORC resolution, field ORC resolution.

General Experience

5 to 10 years in Tractor & Hydraulic Industry & working in Customer Quality function

Critical Experience

  • Capable to handle hydraulic system & its parts related issues (know how in Hydraulic system).
  • Capable to use advance IT system (Advance excel, power point, mintab, SAP, click sense , etc)
  • Fluent in advance problem-solving Quality tools, statistical tools, FMEA, control plant, mfg process, etc.
  • Interpersonal skills / Positive attitude /good communicator.
  • Assertive / Demanding / Task oriented /Team player
