Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

  1. Responding to Queries via Call:Address customer calls, understand tractor-related complaints, and provide effective resolutions by applying your technical expertise.
    2. Handling Technical Assistance Requests (TAR) on ASK Portal:
    Manage and respond to TARs (Technical Assistance Requests) submitted through the ASK portal, ensuring timely and accurate solutions are delivered.

Problem Solving: Strong aptitude for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in handling Laptop with having skills ( MS- OFFICE, IT systems, and other digital platforms )
