Deputy Manager - Civil Maintenance

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Execute planning, detailing, and supervision of civil and structural projects, including steel structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), and infrastructure works such as roads, drainage systems, retaining walls, pavements, and fabrication.
• Coordinate integration of process requirements with infrastructure facilities, supporting development of conveyors, overhead structures, paint shops, assembly & testing lines, supply modules, and machine shop foundations.
• Support CAPEX estimation and project costing for Greenfield and Brownfield projects, contributing data preparation and analysis for business case development.
• Provide technical support in design and execution of structural systems, including mezzanines, gantry structures, conveyor supports, material handling systems, and EOT crane infrastructure.
• Identify structural issues and assist in planning rehabilitation and strengthening measures, ensuring safety, compliance, and longevity of structures.
• Coordinate utilities integration with civil works and support end-to-end facility development, from planning and procurement to execution and commissioning within defined timelines and budgets
