Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Monitoring of Field failures.Responsibility of reducing RPH and warranty cost.Analysis of field complaints and providing solution as fast as possible.Involvement in identification of warranty project process along with Customer care and Design team.Systematic approach of problem solving using some of the advanced problem solving tools.Field visits for onsite analysis and understanding applications / Usage.Providing field fix solution for CVL/ emerging issues.Deployment of current learnings on new product to ensure first time right new product.Involvement in New product DFMEA, quality target settings, feedback on drawing release.coordination with other functions such as Customer care, CDMM, PDRDS and Manufacturing for faster implementation of solution.Visit dealers to understand key customer issues for proper resolution.Proper analysis to predict upcoming emerging issues based on RPH and CPT trend.Proper analysis to predict upcoming emerging issues based on failed part issued at warranty yards.Identification of critical parameter list for implemented warranty projects and sustenance through audits of SQI, PQA and RQA.Leveraging IT for online data record/ update of all customer issue for easy access at all plants.Facilitate CDT to ensure on time completion of warranty projects, proper escalation as per warranty project SOP
