Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Manages Manpower ratio mix(fixed cap, floating), cell member registered 900.ER angle se no destruction - salary min wages (unskilled,skilled(363 per day) and semiskilled.Training and development plans for cell members as per business need and org requirement.Compliances regulations such as industrial dispute, Equal remuneration, Bonus Act, Factory Management etc.Manages security material in and outfire security, contractual workmen, check ports, fireman management, engine dispatch ( invoicing )- mounting, loading, gate entry/out and documentations.Handles Cell Members Grievances, establishments, MIS data uploading.Takes care of Employee engagement initiatives for cell members
